Meridian Advisory Group was established in London in 2009 by Dr. Catherine Whitfield and Jonathan Ashworth, two seasoned executives who had spent their careers working within global organisations and recognised a fundamental gap in the market — the need for coaching and consulting that truly combined strategic rigour with deep human understanding.
What began as a boutique practice serving a handful of FTSE 250 clients has grown into a team of more than 30 accredited coaches, facilitators, and consultants operating across the United Kingdom and internationally. Our client portfolio spans financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, and professional services.
Today, we remain proudly independent. We answer to our clients, not investors — which means every engagement is shaped entirely by what will serve you best.
