3. Our Services
Meridian Advisory Group provides executive coaching, leadership development, strategic consulting, and related advisory services to individuals and organisations. The specific scope, deliverables, and outcomes for any engagement will be detailed in a separate proposal, statement of work, or coaching agreement.
While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service, coaching and consulting are collaborative processes and outcomes depend on a range of factors including your engagement, openness, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific results, financial or otherwise.
4. Engagement Terms
All professional engagements with Meridian are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out:
- The scope and objectives of the engagement
- The duration and number of sessions or deliverables

- Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing

Cancellation of an entire coaching programme or consulting engagement is subject to the terms set out in your engagement agreement. Where no specific terms exist, a minimum of 30 days' written notice is required.
7. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality extremely seriously. All information shared during coaching sessions, consulting engagements, and related communications is treated as strictly confidential, subject to the following exceptions:
- Where you have given explicit consent for information to be shared
- Where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, or court order

Where your coaching engagement is sponsored by your employer, the boundaries of confidentiality will be clearly established and agreed upon at the outset of the engagement. The specific content of coaching conversations will not be disclosed to sponsors without your express consent.
